Greater Kansas City Chapter
A network of precision manufacturers strengthening manufacturing across Greater Kansas City.
80 member companies across tool and die, machining, fabrication, welding, and the businesses that support them.
Who we are
The Kansas City Chapter of the National Tooling & Machining Association (KC NTMA) is a network of precision manufacturers and industry partners working together to strengthen manufacturing across the Greater Kansas City region.
At the heart of KC NTMA are three priorities: networking, advocacy, and workforce development. We bring manufacturers together with educators, workforce organizations, community partners, and policymakers to build relationships, share knowledge, address common challenges, and create opportunities for growth.
KC NTMA provides members with practical opportunities to connect, learn, and engage throughout the year. Monthly programming includes networking events, educational presentations, facility tours, and roundtable discussions designed to encourage peer learning and open dialogue around the issues shaping our industry.

What we do
Build Connections
We create opportunities for manufacturers and industry partners to build relationships, exchange ideas, collaborate, and strengthen the regional manufacturing network. Through education, facility tours, networking, and peer-to-peer engagement, KC NTMA equips members and their employees with relevant knowledge, resources, and connections.

Advocate for Manufacturing
We represent the priorities and perspectives of precision manufacturers with policymakers, community leaders, and regional organizations.

Develop the Workforce
We build relationships with schools, trade and technical programs, workforce organizations, and other partners to expand manufacturing career pathways and help develop the skilled workforce our industry needs.
