Strategic leadership, governance and direction for the Association.
The KC NTMA Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, governance, and direction for the Association. As a high-level leadership group, the Board establishes policies, sets long-range priorities, and helps ensure KC NTMA remains focused on its mission and the needs of its members.
The Board is composed of 9 to 11 members representing both manufacturing and associate membership, including the Association’s officers, immediate Past-President, and members selected based on their experience, expertise, and ability to help advance KC NTMA’s vision. Officer titles are being confirmed and will be added here.

What the Board does
- Establish the Association's strategic direction and long-range goals
- Develop policies that guide the organization and support its mission
- Monitor progress toward strategic priorities
- Provide guidance and oversight to the Executive Director
- Contribute industry expertise and perspective
- Serve as ambassadors and advocates for KC NTMA throughout the community
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational evaluation
- Help ensure the Association continues to provide meaningful value to its members
