Training providers and workforce programs across Kansas and Missouri that can help you start, or retrain, without going back to school full time.

You do not have to come to precision manufacturing through a four-year degree. Most people arrive through an apprenticeship, a technical program, or a workforce initiative that pays while you train. The partners below work with employers across the region.

A nonprofit that prepares people for careers in manufacturing and the skilled trades. Its Apprenticeship Ready Manufacturing (ARM) program pairs hands-on technical training and industry-recognized certifications with career coaching, mentorship and job placement with partner employers.
