The Greater Kansas City Chapter of the National Tooling & Machining Association (KC NTMA) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information you give us. If you email or call the chapter, or submit a form on this site, we receive the details you provide so that we can respond. We use that information only to reply and to administer chapter business such as membership, events and workforce programs, and for resumes as described below.

Resumes. If you submit your resume on our Careers page, it and the details you enter are emailed to the chapter’s Executive Director. With the consent you give on the form, we share them with member companies that are hiring, who handle them under their own policies. Resumes are never posted publicly and are not stored on this website; they are delivered through our email provider, Resend, which keeps sent messages for a limited time under its own policy. We keep your resume only as long as it is useful for matching you with a member company. To withdraw your consent or have your resume deleted, email execdir@kcntma.org.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as pages requested and approximate location, used to keep the site running securely and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
